Watercolor Paints

For the paints, Beginners and professional artist alike, I suggest the Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolor Tubes (37 ml tube size): Winsor Red, Winsor Yellow. For the Blue, you can use Winsor Blue (Green-shade) and Winsor Blue (Red-shade).

For opaque white, I used the Holbein Acrylic Gouache Titanium White

Watercolor Paper

For professional artists, I would suggest the Arches watercolor block, or Arches Watercolor Paper sheets to cut into the sizes you want. For beginners, I suggest Strathmore Serie 400.

Watercolor Palette and Medium

For Watercolor palette, I recommend an 18-Wells Airtight Watercolor Palette. It is compact and has lots of space for mixing colors.

For masking areas you can use Art Masking Fluid.

Watercolor Brushes

1-inch Flat Hake Brush good for wash, large adjustment and lifting colors, and a small calligraphy brush for details. You can purchase this set of brushes at enjoyingart.com/brushes.
